This liner covers the back of the 3rd seats in the upright and forward tumbled position. If manual folding, holes are cut for handle to tumble 3rd seat. Cuts are made on the back of 3rd seats when upright to allow for the webbing pull strap to come through.  The liner also covers the back of the 2nd seat 60/40 bench seat.
